I am the author of that Christmas poem for sailors. I wrote it maybe 2002 or so and sent it to an old sailing forum. Folks still enjoy it. If you pass it along (or substitute Irish names for the dolphins, as the poster above did) I would appreciate a mention.

Euphanzel is a composite of the names of the 3 daughters of the owner: Euphenie, Joan and Hazel.

If the exploitation of this resource is deemed to require that an experimental high pressure gas pipeline, pumping raw gas at a pressures many times greater that of the largest bord gáis pipeline, through an unstable bog landscape past a few roads, houses and a school, then maybe they will.

Otherwise why would they?
